Descitpion

Scientist Ivan Vasilyevich is on the verge of death in a frozen world. He has a mysterious device that sets time for certain things, and he wants to find a way to start time for everything else. But when he finds a way to do it, he realizes that he is not the only one not subjected to "time freeze". He must understand the villain's motives before he destroys the defroster.
